Step 2: First interview by telephone. 
Step 3: Second interview: face-to-face group discussion. 
Step 4: Shell Recruitment Day. 
Step 5: Offer.

All selection process will be completed by mid of December. Offer will be made from mid of Nov. until mid of January 2007.
