報告人簡介： 

（一）馬奇英（Lena Qiying Ma）教授，美國科羅拉多大學土壤學系博士。主要從事土壤-水-植物-微生物生态系統中重金屬的生物地球化學以及重金屬污染土壤、水和廢棄物的植物修複與化學修複研究工作，并取得了卓越成就。于2001年報道了世界上第一個砷的超積累植物的發現并在國際頂級學術刊物《Nature》上發表了兩篇文章，單篇引用次數高達589 次，這一發現為砷污染土壤及地下水植物修複提供了可能性。目前在南京大學環境學院開展重金屬與有機污染物的環境行為、遷移轉化、生物有效性和生态效應，以及環境污染的植物、微生物與化學修複等方面的研究。
（二）Chi Zhang's research focuses on the application of geophysical approaches (mainly electrical geophysical techniques and nuclear magnetic resonance) to better understand the tightly coupled physical, chemical, and biological processes that govern the behavior of geologic media and their constituent fluids (water, brine, CO2, and hydrocarbons) across multiple scales. She joined the KU Geophysics faculty in January 2015 after completing a postdoctoral fellowship at Rutgers University. At KU she expands upon her previous work and creates a research group focus on hydrogeophysics and biogeophysics. Her research has appeared in the Journal of Geophysical Research, Environmental Science and Technology, Geomicrobiology Journal, and many other publications. Among other meetings, Dr. Zhang has presented repeatedly at the AGU, EGU, and SAGEEP Conference.
