基本情況

舒龍飛,湖北黃岡人,九三學社社員,太阳集团app首页逸仙學者,教授,博士生導師,廣東省傑出青年基金、美國生命科學基金獲得者。獲國際社會性阿米巴學會青年教職獎International Dictyostelium Junior Faculty award(2024年)、廣東省環境科學學會生态環境青年科技獎(2024年)等獎勵。

課題組聚焦環境阿米巴研究、形成了獨具特色的學術标簽。研究體系獲國家級及國際科研計劃持續資助,主持了2項國家自然科學基金,以及廣東省傑青、美國生命科學基金、歐洲進化學會等7項國内外項目。發表SCI論文83篇,H指數29。其中一作/通訊37篇(中科院一區26篇,自然指數論文10篇),包括ISME J.(2篇),Environ. Sci. Technol.(5篇),Water Res.(2篇),eLife(1篇)等領域重要學術期刊。現任國際水協會(IWA)水生物安全中國委員會委員,歐洲環境、生态與可持續發展華人學會青年理事,擔任BMC Microbiology(JCR Q1)編委,《水生生物學報》青年編委。擔任ISME J.、PNAS、ES&T、Water Res.等雜志審稿人,參與中國、波蘭、瑞典等國内外基金項目評審。

 

研究方向

圍繞原生動物阿米巴開展環境生物學相關研究,主要關注以下問題:

  • 方法:分離培養、檢測、物種和遺傳資源庫等技術問題
  • 原理:共生、捕食、協同進化等理論問題;
  • 應用:生物安全、生物控制、生态修複等應用問題
